Capstone Logistics is hiring experienced Warehouse Unloaders in Brea, CA. This position is ideal for individuals with electric pallet jack experience who thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment. What You'll Do
• Unload freight from trailers using both manual labor and warehouse equipment
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently
• Move, sort, stage, and palletize products throughout the warehouse
• Ensure freight is handled accurately and product damage is minimized
• Maintain productivity standards while working in a chilled warehouse environment
• Assist with warehouse cleanup and general housekeeping
• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
• Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership
Compensation
• Production-based pay structure
• Earn $680 - $1,000 per week
• Associates are paid by performance and truck completion
• The more efficiently you work, the greater your earning potential
What We're Looking For
• Previous warehouse unloading experience preferred
• Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs. throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
