3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday
Start Time: 3:00 PM or 6:00 PM Until Finish
Earn $800 - $1,100+ Weekly | Paid Weekly

Warehouse Unloader Opportunity
Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders in Lakewood, WA. This is an active, fast-paced warehouse position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are motivated by performance-based earnings. What You'll Do
• Unload freight from trailers by hand and with warehouse equipment
• Sort, stage, and palletize products for distribution
• Move freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Assist with product audits and inventory accuracy
• Repack and organize shipments as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
• Complete additional warehouse duties assigned by site leadership
Compensation
• Production-based pay structure
• Earn $800 - $1,100+ per week
• Associates are paid by the truck
• High performers have the opportunity to increase earnings through productivity and efficiency
What We're Looking For
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-75 lbs. throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and lifting for extended periods
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety
• Previous warehouse, unloading, logistics, or equipment experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
