About the Role

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker 2, specializing in picking and receiving with a cherry picker. This contract role offers consistent weekday hours and the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your expertise and reliability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process daily customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Operate a cherry picker to pick and receive inventory efficiently
• Package, label, and document shipments according to company standards, including hazardous materials protocols
• Safely store and organize inventory for optimal accessibility and safety
• Cross-train in various warehouse functions including packing and shipping
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience
• Proven experience with cherry pickers and order pickers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Effective communication in English (reading and writing)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hazardous materials handling
• Familiarity with warehouse computers and scanning equipment
