Warehouse Worker- 3rd Shift

Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Packers to join the production team. Packers are responsible for inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing plastic products for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished plastic products for quality and defects.
• Package products according to customer and production specifications.
• Place products into boxes, bags, or other designated packaging.
• Label and properly prepare finished products for shipment.
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or packing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be willing to work the assigned shift and overtime when needed.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and dependable attendance are just as important.
