Base Wage: $18.50/hr.
Shift Premium: $2.00/hr.
What We're Looking For and Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse or industrial environment a plus
- Ability to operate or learn:
- Forklifts
- Overhead cranes
- Machine Shearing
- Machine Leveling lines
- Comfortable with:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Standing for extended periods
- Ability to read tape measures and calipers
- Strong attention to detail and safety oriented
- Basic math skills a plus
- Fluency in English
- Ability to learn to read tape measures and calipers
- Willingness to learn multiple roles

Responsibilities:

- Locates products that have been completed in a first step process
- Order filling
- Packages product
- Scales and tags product
- Uses plant specific packaging equipment which includes conveyors, stackers, down enders and banders to move product
- Transports items to the warehouse for future shipment
- Requires operation of an overhead crane and forklift to move product
- Can identify defects and package the designated items
- May perform other duties as related or assigned
