This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics while contributing to a thriving supply chain.DutiesReceive incoming shipments, verify contents against shipping documents, and unload freight using equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scannersStock shelves accurately using inventory management software and ensure proper placement for easy retrievalPick and pack customer orders efficiently with precision, utilizing order picker tools and RF scanners to fulfill orders promptlyPrepare shipments by labeling packages correctly, securing loads on pallets, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatchMaintain accurate records of inventory levels through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systemsConduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update stock levels to support effective inventory managementSupport warehouse distribution activities by organizing stockroom layout, ensuring safety protocols are followed during load & unload operations, and assisting with trade compliance documentation for international trade regulationsExperiencePrior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is highly preferredFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems is advantageousBasic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating order quantities accuratelyHands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus; forklift certification is desirable but not mandatoryStrong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping & receiving recordsExcellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectivelyKnowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, packaging standards, and trade compliance regulations enhances your ability to succeed in this roleJoin us as a Warehouse Worker and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
