JOB DESCRIPTION – BILINGUAL WAREHOUSE WORKER
Overview
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Bilingual Warehouse Worker fluent in English and Spanish! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our distribution operations, ensuring smooth handling, storage, and movement of goods. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and logistics—all while working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. This position supports receiving, sorting, picking, packing and loading activities while helping English- and Spanish-speaking team members communicate safely and accurately.
Job Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Unload trucks and scan and sort packages and freight by route, zone or order.
Pick, pack, label and stage orders accurately according to RF scanner or warehouse management system instructions.
Load outbound trailers and delivery vehicles safely and on schedule.
Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks after completing required training.
Operate forklifts or order pickers only when properly trained and authorized.
Assist with English/Spanish communication during shift huddles, routine work assignments and safety discussions.
Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies and safety hazards to the shift lead.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow site procedures.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Follow all workplace safety procedures, posted instructions and site rules.
Wear required personal protective equipment.
Use safe lifting and material-handling techniques.
Inspect assigned equipment before use and report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns promptly.
Keep aisles, exits and work areas clear of obstructions.
Participate in required safety training and report workplace injuries or incidents promptly.
SCHEDULE AND EMPLOYMENT TYPE
First, second, third and weekend shifts may be available based on client needs.
Temporary, temp-to-hire or direct-hire opportunities may be available based on the assignment.
Overtime may be required during peak periods.
COMPENSATION
Suggested hourly pay range: $17.00–$19.00, pending confirmation for this assignment. Final compensation will reflect the position’s requirements, shift, relevant experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to complete background screening and drug testing when required for the assignment and consistent with applicable law.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate fluently in spoken English and Spanish to understand work instructions and support team communication.
English and Spanish reading skills preferred.
Ability to follow instructions, maintain accuracy and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation to the Nazareth worksite.
Availability to work the assigned shift and overtime during peak periods, as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including repeatedly lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Six months or more of warehouse, parcel, fulfillment or distribution experience.
Experience using RF scanners or a warehouse management system.
Relevant forklift training or OSHA 10 training.
Additional language skills, including Mandarin or Haitian Creole, may be helpful for certain assignments.
