Warehouse Worker in Flower Mound, TX 

Starting Pay Rate: $ 20.16 + $1.00 shift differential 

Shift (2nd shift): Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 8:30pm

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Worker to join our architectural coatings distribution team at The Pittsburgh Paints Co. You’ll perform a variety of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, shipping, and inventory management—all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. 

Key Responsibilities May Include  

• Follow established procedures to safely unload various pallets, totes, drums, etc.  

• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.  

• Receive and put away inventory following established processes.  

• Follow all dock and safety procedures associated with entering trailers.  

• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.  

• Assist with training other employees. 

• Complete other tasks as assigned. 

  Qualifications  

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks. 

• Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs routinely and up to 80 lbs occasionally. 

• Ability to safely operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stand-up and sit-down lift equipment.

• Ability to wear required protective gear, including gloves, safety glasses, bump hats, and other PPE, as needed.

• Must have proven experience operating handheld RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Capability of working in a non-climate-controlled environment. 

• Available to work overtime and some Saturdays. 

• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to pass a standard physical abilities test to ensure you can meet the physical demands of the job.

• Must successfully complete and pass a drug screening.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
