Warehouse Worker

Our client, Product Inspection and Packaging Operations is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting day-to-day material handling, order preparation, and product inspection/packaging workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to follow clear work instructions—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Franklin, NC

Pay Range:16.00-17.60

Shift: 1st and 2nd

What's the Job?

• Inspect products and packaging to confirm items meet required standards and specifications.
• Prepare and package orders accurately, ensuring correct labeling and proper materials are used.
• Handle inventory and materials in a safe, organized manner to support efficient warehouse flow.
• Follow established procedures for receiving, staging, and moving items within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting productivity expectations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment and performing repetitive tasks as needed.
• Basic understanding of quality checks and the importance of meeting packaging requirements.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to work as scheduled to support operations.
• Commitment to safety practices, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
