This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a hands-on warehouse environment.Requirements for the Warehouse Associate
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse setting
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Warehouse Associate ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Pulling parts accurately using pick tickets
- Verifying items against order documentation
- Wrapping parts with bubble wrap and preparing them for shipment
- Boxing, labeling, and palletizing orders
- Securing pallets with straps for transport
- Unloading incoming shipments of boxed fiberglass parts
- Handling products carefully to prevent damage
- Operating pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
- Assisting with pallet construction using a chop saw on occasion
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
A trailer of boxed fiberglass parts is received approximately every three weeks and must be unloaded carefully to ensure products remain in excellent condition.Schedule and Pay
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Paid 30-minute lunch break
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
