About the Role
This Warehouse Worker position is ideal for someone who likes staying active, working with their hands, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
You’ll help maintain warehouse operations, prepare materials for install crews, and make sure equipment and inventory are ready when needed.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay:$18–$20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Work Location: In-person warehouse role
- Additional Earnings: Bonus opportunities available during peak install season
What You’ll Be Doing
- Organize and maintain daily warehouse operations and inventory flow
- Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare materials for installation crews
- Load and unload deliveries, products, and equipment safely
- Count incoming and outgoing inventory accurately
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
- Work safely on ladders and around warehouse equipment
- Assist with forklift operations (certification provided if needed)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, shipping, inventory, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and working physically throughout the day
- Able to stay productive with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Available for occasional nights and weekends during peak season (October–January)
