Job Details

IQ Resource Group is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting Welding, assembly, and paint line production. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to work across multiple areas of production, helping ensure high-quality finished products.

This position involves building and assembling equipment, operating production machinery, and supporting paint and finishing operations.

Location: Dodge Center, Minnesota

Pay: Depending on positions and experience $18.00-$24.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm with potential overtime on Fridays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Welding
  • Adjust welding current to proper weld size and penetration
  • Assemble and weld various metal parts together
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions
  • Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
  • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Assembly
  • Assemble components and parts using hand tools, power tools, and hoists
  • Align and position parts according to assembly instructions and specifications
  • Read and follow assembly plans
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations
Paint Line Operation
  • Mix and apply paint and sealers using spray equipment and monorail systems
  • Monitor paint application quality and consistency
  • Communicate any quality concerns or production issues to leadership
  • Understand how production output impacts quality and workflow
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a welder required
  • Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly plans
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of protective equipment
  • Strong communication and reliability
