What We OfferCompetitive PayOpportunities for professional development and career growth Position Summary:Within a team manages outgoing goods; responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment; while also handling documentation, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring a tidy workspace. Essential Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction and collaboration on inside sales team, CSR team and account managers in the fieldUtilize and monitor SAP for daily activitiesSchedule and coordinate as instructed Source Inspection requirements and FAI and FAT tracking and re-questsLeverage business processes to maximize internal efficiency and external speed (CRM / Project Plans / ESRs / QIM / Green boards / MOC etc....)Communicates with customers and internal teams on purchase orders, customer desires, shipping updates pricing assistanceWorks with all internal teams for requirements based upon customer expectations.Pick and package orders by assigned delivery notifications.Forklift driving Inventory counting Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDPrevious warehouse or shipping experienceMust be eligible to work in the US This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data ("CTD") and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).
