Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Salt Lake City! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare products based on customer orders and specifications.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to locate, track, and verify inventory.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, and forklifts (if trained and authorized).
• Transport products from warehouse storage areas to designated packing or shipping locations.
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and damage before processing.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations while working in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and basic warehouse technology.
• Ability to operate an RF scanner accurately and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to consistently report to work by 7:00 AM.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to walk and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.
• Previous warehouse, order picking, or inventory experience is preferred.
