Miramar is Ontic's dedicated US MRO hub and our first purpose-built MRO Center of Excellence. Opened in 2025, the 64,000 sq ft Florida facility brings together our US MRO teams, equipment and processes in one specialist operation.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our Miramar team on a temporary basis for 3-6 months, reporting to the Warehouse and Planning Manager.

You'll support day-to-day warehouse activity, helping maintain accurate inventory across receiving, issuing, picking and shipping while ensuring inventory documentation is completed accurately.

You'll also support the timely turnaround of kits and sales orders while working closely with coworkers, customers and other departments.

What you'll be doing

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across receiving, issuing, picking and shipping.
• Ensure documentation related to inventory transactions is accurate.
• Report inventory discrepancies directly to management.
• Maintain a 24-hour turnaround time for kits and sales orders.
• Provide internal and external customer service.
• Follow company safety guidelines and work effectively with coworkers, customers and other departments.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use standard warehouse equipment.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
