Warm Transfer Agent - 09/28 Class

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking motivated Warm Transfer Agents to join a fast-growing insurance technology marketplace in Tampa, Florida. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a knack for communication and a drive for success. The role primarily involves engaging with warm leads and connecting them with licensed insurance agents. This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Make 300+ outbound calls per day to warm leads.
• Encourage customers to receive competitive insurance quotes.
• Engage interested customers and connect them with licensed insurance agents.
• Able to meet metrics based on adherence to company KPI on attendance and performance.
• Follow company-provided script.
• Work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Base pay of $17/hour with uncapped commission.
• Weekly Pay and Biweekly Bonus Payout.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or call center environments.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pre-Employment Background Check.
• No time off in the first 30 days of employment.

Work Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM.

Training Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
