Warm Water Exercise Instructor (Part-time)

Needed for our Aqua Balance and Twinges Classes

 

This class will focus on balance and flexibility while strengthening your core muscles. Aqua Balance is easy on your joints and will help to relieve stiffness. Being in the water will help improve circulation in your legs as well.
 

Class targets those with mild arthritis symptoms.

 

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP) certification is required.

 

$10 per hour to start if no prior experience

 

Starts as soon as possible

All positions require the ability to obtain PA State Police, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Fingerprint and National Sex Offenders Registry Clearances.  If you do not have current clearances the Y will help you obtain them.
