Lithia & Driveway is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to support our Service Department at Planet Honda in Union, NJ by ensuring the accurate and timely submission of manufacturer warranty claims. This role plays a critical part in maximizing warranty reimbursements, maintaining OEM compliance, and supporting dealership profitability through effective claim management and documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of previous dealership warranty administration experience required; Honda experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OEM warranty policies and claim processing procedures strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a Service Department, Parts Department, or dealership administrative role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

 

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Personnel, Service Leadership, and manufacturer representatives to process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional internal customer service while supporting a fast-paced dealership environment
• Monitor claim status and follow up on returned, rejected, or adjusted claims to ensure resolution
• Audit repair orders against vehicle service history to prevent duplicate submissions and chargebacks
• Manage warranty parts retention and documentation requirements in accordance with OEM guidelines
• Assist with warranty audits and maintain organized claim files and supporting documentation

Total Rewards

The annual salary wage range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
