Warranty Service Technician

Warranty Service Technician - $15.00/HOUR

A West El Paso company needs a part-time Warranty Service Technician. This role focuses on completing minor service repairs, warranty work, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our showroom. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic warranty service work on windows and doors, including:
• Paint touch-ups and minor repairs
• Silicone sealing and caulking applications
• Screen removal and reinstallation
• Window sash replacement and adjustments
• Diagnose and resolve minor service issues in the field
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards
• Maintain assigned company vehicle in clean and working condition
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers

Showroom Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain showroom sample windows and displays
• Vacuum floors and remove dust regularly
• Clean restrooms on a weekly basis
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom environment

Qualifications:
• Basic handyman or construction experience preferred (windows/doors a plus)
• Familiarity with tools and light repair work
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight as needed

Schedule:
• Part-time hours (flexible based on workload and service needs)
