Wash Attendant

We are being friendly to customers; we will be outdoors and always on the move; we are meticulous while detailing vehicles. Above all we will be fast, friendly, and clean. We want to provide our customers with the exceptional car wash experience that they have come to expect.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Thanking all customers with a smile and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Operating proper equipment retracts to ensure that cars are receiving an excellent wash.
3. Maintaining a clean store with daily upkeep.
4. Adhere to company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
5. Adhere to company training and policies.
6. Perform routine maintenance on an hourly basis.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve team and personal goals.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Critical thinking and good judgement
2. Working in a team environment.
3. Operating tools and technologies
4. Good personal Hygiene and clean look
5. Physical ability to lift 50lbs and perform work in an outdoor environment.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Advancements

Wash attendant starting pays at $15 an hour with quarterly bonuses and tip incentives. Our Assistant Manager salary is $47,500 plus quarterly bonuses and additional company insurance benefits.Levels of promotions are as follows: Wash Attendant, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Director of Operations.
