Washer Loader Glass Shop

Performs repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce windows either in Vinyl or Aluminum plants by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Removes glass from A-Frame Cart or RackSets glass on conveyor belt of washerPicks up specific LowE glass and runs all four sides through an edge delete table before setting on washer conveyorChanges the water filters on the washer as neededFlushes the water tanks at the end of each shift/dayChanges the air filters on the washer as neededTests the LowE detector at the beginning of each shiftDelivers carts to Glass WasherEnsures that equipment used is operable and maintainedMay be required to works at different work stations as production needs require.Works in environment where tasks change as varying models of product are produced.Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures.May be required to work overtime as business needs require.Other duties may be assigned.
