Washington, D.C. - Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking enthusiastic and highly qualified attorneys to join its rapidly growing Intellectual Property Litigation group. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of complex intellectual property litigation experience in federal courts or the U.S. International Trade Commission. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. Experience taking and defending depositions also strongly preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
