Water Treatment Plant Operator - Central Missouri | Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

Join a growing leader in water and wastewater operations! We're looking for a dependable Water Treatment Plant Operator to help operate, maintain, and monitor water treatment facilities while ensuring safe, reliable service and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor water treatment systems
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment repairs
• Collect water samples and conduct basic testing
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist with distribution system maintenance and customer service
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Water Treatment Operator License
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in confined spaces when needed
