Wastewater Treatment Supervisor

Salary up to $80,000 + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Upper Midwest

Recruiting a hands-on Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure environmental compliance, and maintain efficient wastewater treatment processes in a growing food manufacturing plant. What you’ll do as the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor:

· Oversee wastewater treatment operations, testing, and process adjustments.

· Ensure compliance with environmental permits and EPA regulations.

· Manage sampling, reporting, inspections, and regulatory documentation.

· Troubleshoot equipment and treatment issues while coordinating maintenance.

· Drive safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for in the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor:

· At least 2 years of wastewater treatment experience.

· Knowledge of wastewater systems, laboratory testing, and environmental regulations.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

· Wastewater Operator certification or ability to obtain required licensing.
