Growing full service firm looking to add a talented Wastewater/Water Treatment Systems Project Manager to their Pittsburgh office!
Responsibilities:
Project manager responsibilities (A & E design, survey, environmental assessment, field services, water distribution, sewer collection, water/wastewater treatment, pump stations, and stormwater projects) Lead project designs and provide technical guidance/oversight
Mentor/train junior staff
Assist with development and execution of strategic goals to drive growth and opportunities
Build/maintain client relationships
Provide administrative oversight (develop, communicate, and track workflow tasks, scheduling, consistency with project plans, keeping project within scope and on budget)
Lead/manage multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural sub-teams)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
6+ years of experience working on wastewater pipeline and/or treatment systems in aging/complex infrastructure projects
PE License preferred
Extensive experience in water/wastewater infrastructure assessment, land planning, sustainability, design, and implementation
Extensive experience developing/overseeing project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects
Extensive experience adding additional scope/services to an existing project that will still be successful for the client and company
Proficient understanding of asset management and treatment design hydraulics, inspection, condition assessment, and proper repair/rehabilitation design
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Salary is commensurate with experience.
