Job Title: Water and Fire Damage Restoration Team Lead Company: Rytech Restoration Location: Greer, SC - Rytech of the Upstate Pay: $20-$25/hr based on experience and overtime work Employment Type: Full-TimeRequirementsWRT Certification requiredA clean driver's license2+ years of experience with water and fire restorationWilling to work on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to independently run jobsAbility to work on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrimary ResponsibilitiesLead water mitigation and fire restoration services, including mold remediation and fire cleanup projects. Responsibilities include evaluating property damage and developing restoration plans, setting up and monitoring drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers, performing demolition and structural drying activities, and maintaining accurate job documentation through photos, notes, and moisture readings.
