Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs regularly
- Must be able to safely carry, push, pull, lift heavy objects
- Must be able to safely climb ladders, bend, stoop
- Must be able to wear applicable personal protective equipment
- Must be able to work in environmental extremes (hot or cold)
- Must be able to work in water, fire, and/or mold damaged environments
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to work with cleaning products/ chemicals
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must have reliable transportation to work and be on time
- Must submit to a drug testing before hire with random checks during employment
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must submit to a background check before hiring
Pay is commensurate with verifiable experience and/or certifications. Paid vacation, holiday, and sick time for full time employees. Bonuses given based on performance. Frequent Overtime available. On-Call bonus provided.
