ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Water and Fire Damage Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills related to maintenance, construction, leadership, and customer service in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, and mold content or structural cleaning
- Assist Lead Technicians with equipment and supplies
- Communicate processes and job progress to customers
- Ensure quality control on each job
- Handle equipment, supplies, and vehicles properly
- Document job activities and take pictures
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in emergency response, construction, or cleaning
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience with mobile software and product labels
- Ability to work on-call and weekends
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch as needed
- Use visual acuity for detail-oriented activities
- Adapt to various working conditions
