We are seeking a motivated, dependable Water Treatment Apprentice to join our growing team. Work alongside experienced technicians while learning to install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems. We provide paid training and opportunities to advance into a Water Treatment Specialist or Technician role. What Youll Do Assist technicians with installing, servicing, and maintaining water treatment equipment. Replace filters, collect water samples, and clean and maintain equipment. Safely load, unload, carry, and transport tools, equipment, and materials. Travel to customer locations throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas. Communicate with customers professionally and courteously. Keep company vehicles and job sites clean and organized. Follow company safety procedures and technician instructions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team Basic familiarity with hand and power tools and the ability to use them safely Good organizational, communication, and customer service skills Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements No prior water treatment experience is required. Training is provided. Physical Requirements and Work Environment This position involves active, hands-on work at residential and commercial properties. Essential duties require the ability to: Regularly lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials weighing 50 pounds or more. Bend, kneel, climb, crouch, and stand for extended periods. Safely move equipment into and out of customer homes and job sites. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
