Superintendent – Commercial Waterproofing 

A fast-growing contractor that specializes in building envelope maintenance is looking for a Waterproofing Superintendent. Their award winning, and highly skilled leadership team takes pride in their employees. Treating everyone like family and they put in the effort to train them properly. 

Waterproofing Superintendent Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.

Waterproofing Superintendent Other Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Supervisory position on Commercial Roofing/Waterproofing Projects.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Extensive experience in cost controls.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
