WCS Billing Clerk

Provides accounting support to assigned or designated District.

1.1. Back up to the department manager for Daily/Weekly Reports and Month end close.

1.2. Invoice all student enrollment orders.

1.3. Log all payments, process manual credit cards and distribute receipts as needed.

1.4. Help customers with quotes, order creation and/or swap outs if applicable.

1.5. Maintain/update Accounting and all Summary Logs.

1.6. Explain billing and accounting policies to internal and external customers.

1.7. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, assist Corp Credit Department with requests.

1.8. Save all invoices and back up, if applicable, to network.

1.9. Maintain and retrieve POs.

1.10. Email or upload invoices into customer's web portals if applicable.

1.11. Order IWCF tests sessions.

1.12. Data entry of all instructor-led, computer-based and web-based student records into RIMS for IADC/IWCF/WCS.

1.13. Verify and update RIMS Student's profile and check Billing Requirements.

1.14. Check all RIMS orders for accuracy and approve invoices for upload into PeopleSoft.

1.15. E-mail (if applicable) all certs, invoices and packets as needed.

1.16. Maintain corresponding RIMS records.

1.17. Promotes and abides by all Safety policies and procedures.

1.18. Maintains safety training at 90% with a goal of 100%.

1.19. Maintaining a safe driving record and avoiding any at-fault or preventable accidents.

1.20. Promote and participates in company's Quality Management System. This is evidenced by following WCS's quality policies, procedures and work instructions.

1.21. Provide and maintain a work environment that encourages open and free communication and participation from all employees. This is evidenced by adhering to RPC's Code of Business Conduct and enforcing its guidelines company-wide.

1.22. Performs other assigned duties as required.
