Job Details
In this role, you will primarily provide phone support as a member of our Customer Success team, responding to customer inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, and working towards becoming an expert in our catalog and operational processes. You will be on the front line for order and sales support via phone, email, and in our retail showroom. In addition, you will handle a variety of related administrative duties. You'll help customers and route them to the appropriate department for more detailed assistance, and you may act as a floater and fill in for any department that needs help with a project or task. We're looking for a superstar on the phones - a highly organized, calm, critical thinker who is quick on their feet, well-rounded and passionate about arriving at a favorable resolution for the customer.
