Job Description
The client is seeking a Wealth Management SME with deep functional and industry expertise in retirement income, 401(k) plans, investment/fund management, and wealth management.
The ideal candidate will understand how retirement funds and investment products are managed throughout the lifecycle from contributions and investment selection to portfolio management, retirement planning, and generating retirement income.

Key Responsibilities
Provide SME-level guidance on retirement plans, 401(k), investment funds, and retirement income.
Explain and analyze fund management, investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio management processes.
Partner with business and technology teams to define functional requirements and business processes.
Support retirement/wealth management initiatives and provide industry best practices.
Translate complex retirement and investment concepts into practical business and technology solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders and participate in workshops.
Must-Have
Strong retirement/wealth management industry knowledge.
Deep understanding of 401(k), retirement income, investment and fund management.
Experience with retirement/asset management firms preferred.
