DescriptionOur client in the wealth management industry is looking for a Wealth Planner / Associate Advisor to add to their team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is open to candidates with a strong wealth planning foundation, from hands-on Wealth Planners to more experienced Associate Advisors with deeper CFP-level planning experience. In this role, you will prepare financial plans, support planning strategy, join client meetings, and help advisors deliver recommendations across investments, retirement, estate, tax, and risk planning. ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial plans and planning summaries for advisor reviewGather and organize client data for planning meetingsAnalyze client goals, cash flow, assets, liabilities, and risk needsSupport planning across retirement, tax, estate, and insurance topicsJoin client meetings and document follow-up itemsHelp advisors prepare and present planning recommendationsReview financial documents for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with internal team members to support client needsMaintain accurate records in CRM and planning systemsSupport client retention through responsive, accurate follow-upWealth Planner / Associate Advisor (Series 7 & 66 req.) QualificationsBachelor's degree required3+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience requiredExperience with portfolio analysis and preparing financial plans requiredKnowledge of investment management, tax strategy, and estate planning fundamentals requiredActive Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63/65) licenses requiredFinancial planning/advisor designation (CFP, CPWA) or progress toward completion requiredStrong interpersonal communication skills with confidence in leading client-facing relationshipsFamiliarity with financial planning software (eMoney, Morningstar, YCharts) & MS Office required#J-18808-Ljbffr
