The Wealth Planning & Investment Analyst is responsible for planning, and client service support to the Managing Director of Wealth Management in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies for ultra high net worth clients. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing client data, preparing financial plans and investment-related materials, and supporting the overall activities of the team. The Wealth Planning & Investment Analyst is typically assessed on their ability to master the tools, technology, and planning processes used to service clients, as well as their demonstrated proficiency in Nicolet's financial planning and investment approach, including software applications, methodology, and presentation standards. This position is responsible for preparing financial reports, proposals, and client-ready presentations and requires consistent use of discretion, independent judgment, and specialized knowledge in financial planning and investment advisory services.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline such as Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Series 7 and 66 license preferred.
0 - 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Proficient in the use of a PC, phone systems, and general office equipment.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Working knowledge of investment and asset management strategies, products, and services.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to make sound decisions with limited direction while functioning effectively as a team player.
Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
