What You Will Do

  • Design and develop engaging web experiences using Webflow to enhance user interaction and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Utilize UI/UX best practices to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on design concepts.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize web designs and improve user engagement.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate design solutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 2+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in Webflow and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience in marketing design, particularly for B2B applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
