Description

Job Summary:
  • You are an experienced Web Program Manager with a proven track record of managing high-volume web projects, including redesigns, launches, and large-scale web production tasks.
  • You excel at clarifying stakeholder requirements, identifying gaps, and streamlining processes to deliver projects on time and aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing web projects.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, preferably Drupal.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Google Sheets, Confluence).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies.
  • Experience refining intake processes to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans that define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of web projects, including redesigns and feature launches, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with design, demand generation, and product marketing teams to scope projects, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth execution from discovery to launch.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple website requests simultaneously, ensuring timely completion in alignment with SLAs.
  • Track progress across platforms (e.g., JIRA, Asana) to meet deadlines and resolve roadblocks promptly.
  • Prepare and share regular project status reports to stakeholders, outlining progress, challenges, and risks.
  • Identify potential risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and timelines.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments while ensuring proper project documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use web analytics tools to monitor project performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions for enhancements.
  • Educate stakeholders on web processes and best practices to improve efficiency and team alignment.
  • Refine and document core team processes, including intake workflows, ticket management systems, and project methodologies.
