About the Role : We're looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of web projects from kickoff to launch. You'll be the connective tissue between teams — setting direction, keeping work organized in Azure DevOps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as features move from idea to production.
What You'll Do
Partner with the team to define project objectives and build out a detailed work plan
Lead day-to-day task management and set the communication cadence with internal team members and external stakeholders
Track project activity, document agreements, and flag issues early — before they become problems
Keep project documentation current and aligned with goals
Set up and manage user stories in Azure DevOps
What You'll Bring
8+ years managing web projects, with a track record of shipping quality websites and features
Comfort working across a complex stakeholder landscape — planning proactively and escalating when needed
Solid grasp of software delivery best practices, with hands-on Azure DevOps (or similar) experience
Strong communicator who can work fluidly with leadership, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams, and coach teams toward outcomes
Familiarity with agile ways of working and modern software development practices
Experience standing up project management tooling for a team
Sharp attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple threads at once
Experience running QA testing per established process
