Web & UX/UI Graphics Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and innovative Web & UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with modern UX/UI principles and AI-powered design workflows to create engaging digital experiences across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing assets.

This role will focus on designing user-centric digital experiences, improving website usability and conversion rates, and supporting marketing initiatives through high-quality creative execution. The successful candidate will be passionate about emerging technologies, design trends, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and creativity.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, display advertising, and social media channels.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web projects.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.
• Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to support ideation, content creation, image generation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and UI component libraries.
• Conduct UX research and apply user-centered design principles to improve customer journeys and engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI design tools, and UX/UI best practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI projects, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or similar).
• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile-first experiences.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
