Job Summary We are looking for a Webex/Cisco Cloud Telephony Engineer with experience implementing cloud telephony solutions and integrating AI Voice Agents (BYOVA) within Cisco Webex environments. Healthcare provider experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions.
Implement Bring Your Own Voice Agent (BYOVA) integrations with Cisco cloud telephony.
Configure call routing, IVR, and voice automation workflows.
Collaborate with EPIC integration teams to support healthcare communication workflows.
Troubleshoot telephony and integration issues.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies.
Experience with Cisco Webex Calling and/or Webex Contact Center.
