Job Description
Client-facing role responsible for the operational management, coordination, and technical execution of Adobe's webinar program across its full lifecycle. This role oversees intake and workflow processes (e.g., Workfront), manages platform configuration and asset readiness, conducts dry runs and speaker technical checks, and operates the live broadcast including audio, slides, and simulcasting. Drives program consistency, maintains documentation and reporting, ensures stakeholder alignment, and manages post-event activities including lead tracking, engagement reporting, and program closeout across NA, EMEA, and JAPAC regions.

Skills & Qualifications:
Required Skills

• Client relationship management
• Project and workflow management, including intake processes and task coordination within platforms such as Workfront
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing operations tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Marketo) for lead tracking, campaign setup, and post-event reporting
• Proficiency with collaboration and content management tools (SharePoint, Client 365)
• Strong written communication skills for internal updates, stakeholder alignment, and reporting

Nice to Have Experience

• Experience supporting webinar programs at scale within a B2B or enterprise marketing environment
• Familiarity with Adobe Interactive Webinars or similar event delivery platforms
• Understanding of demand generation workflows including registration setup, SFDC campaign management, and lead flow validation
