Position: Front Desk Agent
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday mornings
Employment Type: Part-Time
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Weekend AM Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent guest service in a welcoming hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest questions
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate front desk records
- Monitor the lobby and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Communicate important information with housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Assist with morning operations and ensure a smooth transition to the next shift
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel front desk software
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Must be available Saturday and Sunday mornings and reliable with attendance
