Your responsibilities may include:Providing one-on-one care and companionshipAssisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityPreparing meals and performing light housekeepingObserving changes in clients' conditions and communicating updates to our care teamSupporting seniors with memory loss through meaningful activities and companionshipFollowing individualized care plans to promote safety and independenceWhat We're Looking ForAt least one year of caregiving experience. Family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered.Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to complete the registration process with our guidanceEligibility to work in the United StatesReliable transportation to travel between client homesValid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicleWeekend availability to qualify for the hiring bonusPhysical RequirementsThis position involves assisting clients with mobility and transfers, pushing wheelchairs or medical equipment, and standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout your shift.
