• Friday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Saturday: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM

• Sunday: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM

• Monday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Tuesday through Thursday: Off

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a friendly, dependable Weekend Customer Service Representative to support our HVAC customers during our Friday through Monday schedule.

If you enjoy helping people, answering phones, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with three consecutive weekdays off.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously

• Assist homeowners with HVAC service, maintenance, and appointment requests

• Schedule service calls, estimates, and maintenance appointments

• Gather and accurately enter customer and service information

• Communicate appointment confirmations, updates, and scheduling changes

• Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and other team members

• Follow up with customers regarding estimates and service needs

• Handle customer questions and concerns calmly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records in the company's customer management system

• Help ensure customers receive timely assistance, especially during busy weekend hours

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred

• Ability to consistently work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday during the scheduled hours

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities

• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and customer management systems

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with limited supervision

• Ability to handle frustrated customers with patience and professionalism

• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software

• Previous appointment scheduling or outbound customer follow-up experience

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
