Call Center Representative (Weekend Coverage Required)

Full-Time | $21 - $24/hour + Commission & Bonus Opportunities

This is a full-time position that requires availability on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and creating exceptional service experiences while supporting our growing operation.

Schedule Options

Candidates must be available to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Available schedule options include:

• Friday - Monday (4 x 10-hour shifts)
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday
• Saturday - Wednesday

Typical shift hours are:

• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

What You'll Do

As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting both existing and prospective customers. You'll answer inbound calls, assist with scheduling and customer inquiries, provide outstanding service, and help customers find the solutions they need. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver an exceptional customer experience will directly contribute to our continued success.

What You Bring to the Team

2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
Experience with ServiceTitan or the home services industry is a plus, but not required
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and CRM applications
Excellent listening skills and a customer-first mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships
Strong time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
