As a Social Worker Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents by helping them feel heard, supported, connected, and valued. Working under the direction of a licensed Social Worker, you'll provide hands-on support to residents and families while helping address their social, emotional, and everyday needs.

You'll build genuine relationships with residents, assist with admissions and transitions, support social engagement and activities, help connect residents and families with resources, and serve as a caring presence when residents need encouragement or assistance. You'll also work closely with the interdisciplinary team to help identify concerns and ensure important resident needs are communicated and addressed.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, building meaningful relationships, advocating for residents, and creating a sense of community. Your work may seem like small moments-a conversation, a helping hand, or simply being there-but those moments can make a lasting difference in a resident's experience.
