WEEKEND LASH ARTIST — TWO-STUDIO ROTATION Deka Lash Hodges Blvd.+ Deka Lash St. Johns
We are hiring a licensed Lash Artist for a consistent weekend position serving our two locally owned Deka Lash studios.
This position works every Saturday and Sunday and Monday. The assigned studio alternates each weekend:
- One weekend through Monday at Deka Lash Hodges Blvd.
- The following weekend through Monday at Deka Lash St. Johns
- The rotation then repeats
This predictable schedule allows the Lash Artist to build a regular biweekly clientele at both studios while providing our clients with consistent weekend availability.
Additional hours may be available through:
- Planned coverage when another Lash Artist is on vacation or unavailable
- Additional shifts at either studio as client demand grows
COMPENSATION
- $15 per hour PLUS
- Commission on all services performed PLUS
- Commission on retail product sales PLUS
- Commission on membership sales PLUS

Because working at both studios is an essential part of this position, applicants must have reliable transportation and be comfortable commuting to either location. The position may be especially convenient for someone living in northern St. Johns County or southern Duval County with reasonable access to both studios. The studios are approximately 20 – 25 minutes apart.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:
Hold a current Florida Cosmetology or esthetician license
- Have one year of lashing experience
Be consistently available every Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Be willing and able to work at both studio locations
Have some flexibility to accept additional coverage shifts
- Be dependable, professional and punctual
Provide an excellent client experience
- Be interested in building long-term client relationships
Work well independently and as part of a supportive team
- Be comfortable recommending memberships and appropriate aftercare products to clients
Prior lash experience is required. Training in Deka Lash techniques, services and standards will be provided.
