Are you an experienced RN looking for a 3 day schedule while making a meaningful difference for patients and their families?

Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and clinically confident weekend & on-call RN to join our team.

This unique position combines daytime patient visits with overnight hospice on-call coverage, providing continuity of care and ensuring our patients and families have access to experienced nursing support throughout the weekend.

SCHEDULE:

Friday-Sunday

Daytime: Provide scheduled home health/hospice patient visits throughout the service area.

Evenings & Nights: Provide hospice on-call coverage for urgent patient and family needs.

Respond to calls, assess patient needs, provide telephone triage and clinical guidance, and make in-person visits when necessary.

Collaborate with the team, providers, pharmacies, facilities, caregivers, and families.

Participate in admissions or other visits as needed.

REQUIRED:

This position requires the RN to remain available and responsive to hospice needs throughout the weekend.

Current WA State RN license

Current CPR/BLS certification

Valid drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract

reliable transportation - or optional company vehicle

ability to work independently and respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations

strong assessment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
