What You’ll Do:
Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes
Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN or LPN license (in good standing)
Availability to work weekends (Fri Sat Sun, Sat Sun Mon, Sat Sun)
Willingness to travel between patient locations
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
