Weekend PDN (LPN/RN)Hanover, PA & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $32–$38 per Hour | Weekend Shifts Available
Are you a compassionate LPN or RN looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference one-on-one with patients in their homes? We are seeking dedicated nurses to provide skilled homecare services to pediatric and adult patients throughout Hanover, PA and surrounding communities.

- Follow physician orders and established care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and document care provided
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Educate patients and family members on care needs
- Communicate changes in patient status with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Pediatric experience preferred for pediatric cases, but not required
